INTRODUCTION

ShinseiSuperinox Industry Sdn Bhd (“SSISB”) was founded on 17th April 2013 in Penang, Malaysia. It’s a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shinsei Superinox Industry Pte Ltd (“SSIPL”) which is incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.

SSISB is the sole approved manufacturer for the Japanese brand name of forged flanges,SHINSEI. SHINSEI flanges has been in market since 2005 and being used in various industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities, marine and shipbuilding and etc. SHINSEI flanges markets reach include States, Canada, Japan, Holland, Turkey, Belgium, Spain, France, South Africa, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, UAE, Saudi, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. SSISB and SHINSEI is certified with PED, ISO 9001:2008 and SASOL.

SSISB is located in the northern part of Malaysia, Penang City which is manufacturing hub with an efficient transportation network. The Company has an initial investment amount of US$17 million. It occupied a land area of approximately 45,396 square metres and has a built up area of approximately 13,500 square metres. It has about 130 employees with an annual production capacity of stainless steel and carbon steel forged flanges of around 5,400 ton. We are able to produce different standards such as JIS, ANSI, DIN, BS, EN and custom made forged flanges ranging from 3/8” to 24”. With our unique, advance and complete set of forging facilities, we are also able to produce spare parts for machineries, motor vehicles and other industries require high quality with pressure and heat resistance forged spare parts.

E. heat number per batch. Carbon Steel : Normalise at 860℃– 900℃ Stainless Steel : Solution Annealing at Min 1040℃ & Water Quenching 5
